What are your payment options?
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, Paypal, Google Checkout, and cash.

Can you help me with my graphic?
Yes – we can help re-size, color and further prepare your graphic to print on shirts and other apparel.  Graphic re-design and/or cleanup is subject to fees.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is usually 10 days; production time will vary in accordance with our workload. If you have a deadline, let us know; we can certainly try and help. Rush jobs are subject to fees.

Can you take my logo from my website?
Not usually. Images on the web are 72 DPI which will not translate well to a screen print. Our art department can work some magic if needed, but keep in mind, this can be labor intensive and is subject to art fees.

Will you discount my order since I plan on ordering much more in the future?
We can work something out that makes sense for both of us.

Can you print me one shirt?
No. We have a 12 piece minimum on t-shirt orders.

How can I lower the cost of my order?
-Order a higher quantity (we have price breaks at 48, 72, 144, 288, 576, 1152, etc)
-Reduce the amount of colors in your print, and the number of print locations on the shirt.
-Choose shirts that cost less.

Will you send me a mock up of my t-shirt design?
Yes, after the deposit is made, we will send you an electronic mock up to scale of your tee shirt design. As a general rule, we do not work on a customers art until the deposit is made.

How do I get my artwork to you?
Email it to us at ScreenPrinting@NewOrderInk.com .

What format should my art be in?
We can take many formats: PDF, PNG, PSD, Corel, AI (Adobe Illustrator). Our preferred file type is definitely Adobe Illustrator. If your art is in the form of a raster image (made up of pixels), it will need to be at 300 DPI or higher. If none of this makes sense, just ask, we can explain it all..

Will you print on shirts that I bring in?
Yes, but the garments can not have seams or pockets in the print area. Ink change fees may apply if the garments are not the same material as the rest of the order.

What are your print dimentions?
Standard sizing is up to 14X15, Large size is up to 18X18. Large size printing costs more.

Can you print my “all over” design?
No. Garments that are printed all over are usually printed first and then sewn together. We do not currently offer this service.

Do you offer broker pricing?
Yes. If you are a reseller and you have a reseller’s license, let us know. If you are a broker, we expect that you provide your own garments, art work, and will take care of shipping both to and from our shop.
